EuroSteps is led by Michael Cubbage and Dennis Shirvan – two basketball professionals with decades of experience at the highest levels of the game.
Dennis Shirvan
is a former player, experienced coach, and recruiter who understands exactly what it takes to succeed in European leagues.
Michael Cubbage
is a former professional basketball player with extensive experience on and off the court.
Together, we combine our expertise as former players, coaches, and scouts to offer athletes the best possible preparation for their careers.

2 Day Pro Basketball recruiting and scouting camp – 300,00$
1. Highlight Video Creation
- 3-5 minutes – $60.00
- 5-8 minutes – $90.00
We create professionally edited highlight videos showcasing a player’s best in-game moments. These videos are crucial for scouts, coaches, and teams to quickly assess a player’s skills and potential.
2. Player Profile & Introduction – $70.00
We craft a personalized player profile that highlights strengths, playing style, and character. This profile serves as a professional introduction, ensuring the player is presented in the best possible light to attract teams and scouts.
3. Consultation & Connection to the Right Agent – $80.00
- We assist in finding the right agent who can best represent and support the player’s career goals. Our consultation includes career analysis and direct connections to reputable agents with proven success in the basketball industry.
4. Direct Placement with Teams & Clubs – 10% Commission
We actively connect players with suitable teams and organizations. If a successful placement is secured, we charge a 10% commission based on the player’s total contract salary. This service includes strategic negotiations and contract support.
5. Basketball Career Consultation & Market Analysis – $100.00
We provide in-depth career guidance, covering:
- Salary structures in different leagues
- Differences between European and international leagues
- Decision-making support for contract signings
- Research on interested teams
- Personalized career path development
6. Player Interview (Q&A Format) – $100.00
A professionally structured interview tailored to the player’s story and personality. With targeted questions and answers, this interview serves as an engaging and authentic self-presentation for teams, scouts, and media.
7. Performance Diagnostics – $250.00
A comprehensive evaluation of the player’s physical and athletic capabilities using modern testing methods. This includes strength, speed, vertical jump, and endurance assessments to provide a data-driven understanding of current performance levels.
8. Team & League Evaluation – $100.00
Based on the player’s skill set and career goals, we identify the most suitable leagues and teams. Factors considered include competition level, player development opportunities, and long-term career prospects.
9. Skills Development (Off-Season) – $700.00 per week
A specialized individual training program focused on enhancing technical and tactical skills. Sessions include shooting, ball-handling, athletic conditioning, and game-specific drills to prepare players for the next season.
10. Mental Coaching
- $50.00 per hour
- Subscription: 6 hours per month – $150.00
Our mental coaching sessions help players develop focus, resilience, and peak performance under pressure. We provide strategies for handling game-day stress and maintaining confidence in high-stakes situations.
11. Career Planning – One-Time Fee: €1,000.00
A detailed, long-term career roadmap tailored to the player’s goals, including:
- Step-by-step career progression planning
- Financial planning and security
- Transition strategies (e.g., college to pro, league-to-league moves)
- Development strategies for both personal and professional growth.
